Venkatesh to do Santosham part 2..!!!

Veteran actor Venkatesh, who is right now doing Bodyguard remake which is tentatively titled Ganga, will star in directorDasarath’s next movie. Dasarath, who had a torrid time after making a successful entry with Santosham, bounced back with Mr. Perfect.

Dasarath was always regarded as the director to deal family emotions well. WithMr. Perfect he proved that he is a master at it. Venkatesh is very impressed with Dasarath’s work in Mr. Perfect and hence called upon him to prepare a subject that suits him.As per the buzz, Dasarath is preparing a subject in the lines of Santosham. This subject is a matured love story blended with family sentiment. The film is under discussion stage and the official announcement will be made once the subject is finalized.

Not Ileana, it is Samantha for Allu Arjun!

The suspense over Allu Arjun’s upcoming film still prevails as the heroine is not yet finalized. Recently there was a buzz thatIleana is penciled in to play the female lead. News circles reported that she slashed her price to bag this movie.

However, latest reports suggest thatSamantha is likely to play Allu Arjun’s love interest in this movie. Trivikram who madeJalsa with Ileana wants that luck factor to this film’s advantage and is insisting upon signing in Ileana it seems. But the recent track record of her is not pleasing Allu Arjun and co.

Samantha still holds the fresh appeal whereas audience got bored of Ileana. As of now nothing has been finalized. Wait for the official announcement to see if Ileana kicks out Samantha to pair up with Allu Arjun for the first time.

Ram, Hansika's Kandireega audio release function was held at hotel Taj Deccan. Victory Venkatesh, Ram, Gopichand, Vinayak, Bellamkonda Suresh, Hansika, Aksha, Kona Venkat, Ravi Kishore, Ganesh Babu, Thaman, Srinu grace this event. The first copy of CD was released by Venkatesh and handed it to VV Vinayak.

Shahrukh Khan, who is long due for a blockbuster hit is looking forward to set the box office on fire in the last quarter of this year as his films Ra.One and Don 2 are slated for release in October and December respectively.Bollywood has been witnessing huge blockbusters during Christmas season and therefore SRK has decided to put his Don 2 in this Christmas race. Idiot is the film which made Raviteja a big star overnight. Before that movie Puri Jagannadh has made Itlu Sravani Subramanyam with Ravi in the lead. Although it was a successful film, it didn’t give any kick to Raviteja’s career. But Idiot has made him a star.

Puri Jagannadh’s trademark characterization has made the ‘Idiot’ character to win over the masses and even today it is the favorite film for most ofRaviteja fans. Now Puri Jagannadh is penning another script with the same character. Puri says that it is Idiot 2, a sequel to the hugely successful Idiot.Raviteja will play the lead in Idiot 2. Puri Jagannadh will produce this film on his own banner apart from directing it. More details will be revealed later.

‘The Businessman’ leaves Kajal Aggarwal with mixed reactions

Mahesh Babu – Puri Jagannadh’s upcoming film, The Businessman has left the leading lady with mixed reactions. While she’s happy that she has bagged an offer to act opposite Mahesh Babu in this film, she has lost the opportunity to act with Abhishek Bachchan in the Hindi version. Buzz is that she was indeed considered for both versions of the film; however, Kajal is going to be seen in Ajay Devgn’s Singham in Hindi later this month, thereby losing the fresh face tag. Puri Jagannadh, talking to a leading website which tracksBollywood, confirmed that Kajal is not part of the Hindi version since he didn’t want the two versions to be replicas.

The principal shooting of The Businessman is expected to begin from August in Mumbai. The Telugu version is going to be shot first and some minor changes are being made for the Hindi version. A fresh face will be introduced opposite Abhishek Bachchan in Hindi.

Lakshmi Manchu rubbished the reports in a section of media about her Dad and actor Mohan Babu had a heated argument with Young Hero Ram Charan.

"Ntv's scrolling abt @themohanbabu having an argument w @Alwayscharan is utter rubbish. Dad is pissed at the wrong doing of the media," tweeded Lakshmi Manchu.The actress clarified that they share a close relationship with the Mega family."charan is a dear friend and like a son to dad. Don't believe a word. Arrrrrrgggghhh," she adds. The reports went on to say that - The annual award in memory of noted actor-cum-director Padmasri Nagaiah has been given to Collection King Mohan Babu at Chennai on Monday, July 11th. Mohan Babu has made some controversial remarks regarding the young crop of actors and actresses in Tollywood. He opined that the present generation of actors are no match to generation of yesteryear. Though it is not clear whom Mohan Babu meant through these remarks, the Media aimed these remarks at Ram Charan who has insulted his guru Dasari Narayana Rao.With Lakshmi Manchu's clarification, hope the media corrects its mistake and act responsibly in reporting facts on matters.
